本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、AnyLift（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただく前に、本規約をよくお読みください。
本アプリをダウンロードまたは利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
本アプリは以下の機能を提供するトレーニング記録・管理アプリケーションです：
本アプリは、一部の機能を有料のサブスクリプション（Premium）として提供します。料金はApp Store / Google Playの購入画面に表示される金額に準じます。
サブスクリプションは、現在の期間終了の24時間前までにキャンセルしない限り、同じ期間・料金で自動的に更新されます。
サブスクリプションの管理・キャンセルは、ご利用のデバイスのアカウント設定（Apple IDの「サブスクリプション」またはGoogle Playの「定期購入」）から行えます。アプリを削除するだけではサブスクリプションはキャンセルされません。
返金については、Apple / Googleの各ストアのポリシーに準じます。
料金を変更する場合は、事前にお知らせします。変更後の料金は次回更新時から適用されます。
本アプリは、AIフィットネスコーチ機能を提供します。この機能は、お客様のトレーニングデータを分析し、パーソナライズされたアドバイスを生成します。
AIが生成するアドバイスは参考情報であり、その正確性・完全性を保証するものではありません。AIは医師、栄養士、パーソナルトレーナーなどの専門家ではありません。健康上の問題がある場合は、必ず医療専門家にご相談ください。
AI機能の利用にあたり、入力内容およびトレーニングデータの一部が第三者のAIサービスに送信されます。詳細はプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
本アプリの利用にはアカウント登録が必要です。ユーザーは以下の事項を遵守してください。
ユーザーは、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
本アプリは医療アドバイスを提供するものではありません。本アプリで提供される情報（トレーニング記録、進捗データ、分析結果等）は参考情報であり、医学的な助言や診断に代わるものではありません。健康やトレーニングに関する判断は、ご自身の責任において行ってください。
AI機能が生成するアドバイスについても同様に、医療アドバイスに代わるものではなく、その正確性を保証しません。
運営者は、以下の事項について一切の責任を負いません。
本アプリにおける個人情報の取り扱いについては、プライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
運営者は、法令に基づく開示請求があった場合、または以下のいずれかに該当する場合に、ユーザーの情報を開示することがあります。
運営者は、事前の通知なく、本アプリの内容を変更し、または本アプリの提供を一時的もしくは恒久的に終了することがあります。
運営者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は、本アプリ内での掲示またはその他適切な方法により通知します。変更後に本アプリを利用した場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set forth the conditions for using AnyLift (the "App"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App.
By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
This app is a training tracking and management application that provides the following features:
The app offers certain features through a paid subscription (Premium). Pricing is as displayed on the App Store / Google Play purchase screen.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the same price and duration unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's account settings (Apple ID "Subscriptions" or Google Play "Subscriptions"). Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
Refunds are subject to the policies of Apple / Google's respective stores.
We will notify you in advance of any price changes. Updated pricing will take effect at the next renewal.
The app provides an AI Fitness Coach feature that analyzes your training data to generate personalized advice.
Advice generated by AI is for informational purposes only and is not guaranteed to be accurate or complete. The AI is not a medical professional, nutritionist, or certified personal trainer. If you have health concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
When using AI features, your input and portions of your training data are sent to a third-party AI service. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.
Account registration is required to use the App. Users must comply with the following:

The App does not provide medical advice. Information provided by the App (training records, progress data, analysis results, etc.) is for reference purposes only and is not a substitute for medical advice or diagnosis. Decisions regarding health and training should be made at your own responsibility.
This also applies to advice generated by AI features, which does not constitute medical advice and is not guaranteed to be accurate.

The Operator may disclose user information when required by law or in the following circumstances:
The Operator may change the content of the App or temporarily or permanently discontinue the App without prior notice.
The Operator may modify these Terms as needed. Updated Terms will be communicated through the App or other appropriate means. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
