本プライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）は、AnyLift（以下「本アプリ」）における個人情報の取り扱いについて説明するものです。本アプリは anno masahiro（以下「運営者」）が運営しています。
本アプリをご利用いただくことにより、本ポリシーに同意いただいたものとみなします。
アカウント登録時にメールアドレスを取得します。
ユーザーが入力したワークアウト記録（種目、重量、回数、セット数等）をクラウドサーバーに保存します。
ユーザーの許可のもと、Apple HealthKit（iOS）または Google Health Connect（Android）と連携し、体重データおよびワークアウトデータの読み書きを行います。この連携はユーザーが明示的に許可した場合にのみ行われます。
OS、端末名、アプリバージョン等のデバイス情報を取得します。
アプリの利用状況（画面遷移、ボタン操作等）を分析目的で収集します。
アプリの安定性向上のため、クラッシュレポートおよびエラーログを収集します。
AIフィットネスコーチ機能をご利用の場合、以下のデータを第三者AIサービス（下記「4. 第三者への情報提供」参照）に送信します。送信はユーザーが本アプリ内の明示的同意画面で「同意して利用開始」を選択した場合にのみ行われます。
なお、ユーザーが「診断ログ共有」に任意で同意した場合、サービス改善のため送信メッセージ本文を匿名化された識別子（Clerk User ID）とともに Google BigQuery に記録し、90日で自動削除します。既定はOFFで、設定画面からいつでも変更できます。
サブスクリプション（定期購読）をご利用の場合、購入ステータスおよび有効期限に関する情報を取得します。決済情報（クレジットカード番号等）は運営者が直接取得することはなく、Apple / Google のストアを通じて処理されます。
取得した情報は、以下の目的で利用します。
以下の第三者サービスにデータを提供する場合があります。各サービスのプライバシーポリシーについては、それぞれのリンク先をご確認ください。
本アプリでは Google AdMob を利用して広告を配信します。AdMob は広告配信のためにデバイス識別子等を使用する場合があります。パーソナライズ広告はデバイスの設定から無効にすることができます。
トレーニングデータはクラウドサーバーに保存されます。一部の設定データ（言語、テーマ等）はデバイス内のローカルストレージに保存されます。
ユーザーはいつでもアカウントの削除を要求することができます。アカウントを削除すると、運営者のサーバーに保存されている関連データは削除されます。
アカウント削除時点までに第三者AIサービス（Anthropic、OpenAI）に送信済みのデータは、各社のデータ保持ポリシー（通常30日程度）に従って自動削除されます。診断ログ共有に同意していた場合、BigQueryに記録されたメッセージは90日の自動削除対象ですが、早期削除をご希望の場合は下記の連絡先までご連絡ください。

本アプリは13歳未満の子供を対象としておりません。13歳未満の方の個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。
本ポリシーを必要に応じて変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本アプリ内での通知またはその他適切な手段でお知らせします。

AIコーチ機能の初回利用時に、送信されるデータ項目および送信先について明示する同意画面を表示します。ユーザーが「同意して利用開始」を選択した場合に限り、第三者AIサービス（Anthropic、OpenAI）へのデータ送信を開始します。
同意はアプリの[設定]→[AIプライバシー]からいつでも撤回可能です。同意画面を表示する前、および同意撤回後は、AIコーチ機能のメッセージ送信はすべて運営者のサーバー側でブロックされ、第三者AIサービスへのデータ送信は発生しません。

This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") describes how AnyLift (the "App") handles personal information. The App is operated by anno masahiro (the "Operator").
By using the App, you agree to the terms of this Policy.
We collect your email address when you register an account.
Workout records entered by the user (exercises, weight, reps, sets, etc.) are stored on cloud servers.
With your explicit permission, we integrate with Apple HealthKit (iOS) or Google Health Connect (Android) to read and write body weight and workout data. This integration only occurs when you have explicitly granted permission.
We collect device information such as OS, device model, and app version.
We collect app usage data (screen transitions, button interactions, etc.) for analytics purposes.
We collect crash reports and error logs to improve app stability.
When you use the AI Fitness Coach feature, we send the following data to third-party AI services (see "4. Third-Party Sharing" below). Data is sent only when you explicitly tap "Agree and Continue" on the in-app consent screen.
If you additionally opt into "Diagnostic Log Sharing", the raw message body is recorded in Google BigQuery with an anonymized identifier (Clerk User ID) for service improvement and automatically deleted after 90 days. This is OFF by default and can be changed anytime in settings.
When you use a subscription, we collect information about your purchase status and expiration date. Payment details (such as credit card numbers) are not collected directly by us and are processed through Apple / Google stores.

The App uses Google AdMob to deliver advertisements. AdMob may use device identifiers for ad delivery. You can disable personalized ads through your device settings.
Training data is stored on cloud servers. Some settings (language, theme, etc.) are stored locally on your device.
You may request account deletion at any time. When your account is deleted, associated data stored on our servers will be removed.
Data already transmitted to third-party AI services (Anthropic, OpenAI) prior to account deletion is automatically deleted per each provider's data retention policy (typically within approximately 30 days). For diagnostic log sharing opt-in users, messages recorded in BigQuery are subject to the 90-day auto-deletion; to request earlier deletion, please contact us using the information below.

The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this Policy as needed. If significant changes are made, we will notify you through the App or other appropriate means.

When you first use the AI Coach feature, we present an in-app consent screen that discloses the data categories sent and the third-party AI service recipients. Data transmission to third-party AI services (Anthropic, OpenAI) only begins after you tap "Agree and Continue".
You can revoke your consent anytime from Settings → AI Privacy in the app. Before consent is given, and after consent is revoked, all AI Coach message-send requests are blocked on our server, and no data is transmitted to third-party AI services.
